Airbrushed Rush artwork. According to eBay seller calcartoon:

“This art was used in the video game packaging. I am the original artist. I did this a few years ago, but I don’t remember exactly which game or platform it was used for. I believe it was done in the early 1990s.”

I thought it would be easy to find the game box in which this was used, but I couldn’t find it on any Mega Man boxarts! Totally mysterious!
