Young boy takes a photo of the Yomeimon Gate at Japan’s Toshogu Shrine (Nikko) with his Nintendo DSi, captured by SixSided. I always thought the DSi’s built-in cameras were too low resolution for anyone to seriously consider using them for anything outside of the system’s goofy manipulation features, but this kid apparently doesn’t mind the 0.3-megapixel cameras.
This photo is neat by itself, but I’ve uploaded it so I can mention that my blogging partner in crime, JC, flew to Japan yesterday — he’ll be visiting tourist sites and snapping photos there just like this young’n for the next two weeks. Please excuse our less frequent postings in the meantime!
