There’s a large selection of games eligible for this “buy one, get one 40% off” deal, including new 3DS releases Cooking Mama: Kitchen Magic, Cave Story 3D, Shinobi, Gabrielle’s Ghostly Groove 3D, and a ton of DS stuff, including Fossil Fighters: Champions.

Sometimes the prices on older games are inflated for these sales, but all those new 3DS games (and new DS releases) were full price on Amazon already, so they’re safe. But if you’re filling out your DS back catalogue, do some comparison shopping !
