Tangrams With Cats In Them, coming to Japan’s DSiWare service next week for 500 Nintendo Points.

If you were wondering what Jupiter, the developer behind Spectrobes and The World Ends With You, has been up to, this is it! Tangram With Cats In Them might come off as shovelware, but consider these three points:

• Jupiter worked on another awesome series of puzzle games — Mario’s Picross, Mario’s Super Picross, and Picross DS — so this, too, might be rad.
• Its genre is “cat and soothing silhouette puzzle”.
• According to this Google Translated page, you can “use your favorite wallpaper as a [calendar/clock]. … Just like whenever you like. All for you. As you like it. It is soft and heal our weary hearts and soft music.”

Note that the linked page’s URL reads trangram.html, which suggests a very different kind of tangram puzzle that has more to do with transvestites than cats… I look forward to the day when someone releases Ladymangrams.
