Developer Smileboom is working on a second edition of its DSiWare BASIC programming app, Petit Computer. Petit Computer mkII adds a few new features including voice synthesis (!) SD card saving (!) and QR code input for code (!!)
You can hear a sample of the synthesized voice output in a video on the official site. It is, of course, in Japanese, since neither this nor its predecessor have been announced for release anywhere but Japan.
