Tiny Cartridge

“Blue Version” by Mare Odomo, another awesome “Game Over” piece. The Letters to an Absent Father artist painted this halcyon scene on his first Pokemon cartridge — this is some mega gaming memorabilia, like the lantern Shigeru Miyamoto used to explore caves as a child.
This is some shit that pops up in a Warehouse 13 episode, like something some hapless fool stumbles upon, pops into his Game Boy, and before he knows it, he’s sketching pocket creatures that make people experience feelings.
Anyway, Giant Robot is selling it for $151 (of course) which is cheap considering its history, but still probably one the most expensive copies of Pokemon Blue Version ever. You know, there’s a way you can get some awesome Mare Odomo artwork on your cartridges for just $5…
Buy: Pokemon Black/White Version 2, Pokemon Conquest
Find: Nintendo DS/3DS release dates, discounts, & more
