Professor Layton Revoltech figure. I thought this figure was shit hot as an unpainted prototype, and the finished product does not hurt that evaluation in the least. It comes with both “thinking” and “aha” faces, as well as a table, a chair, a teacup, several different hands, and a notebook that opens and closes. Few figures are so accurate in their exacting recreations of characters, while still being posable.

I haven’t purchased an action figure in around 5-7 years, but I’m ashamed to say I am experiencing feelings of wanting to drop ¥2,400 ($26.25). We’ll see how much stuff I’ve scrounged up to put on eBay by this thing’s March release.
