If you’re wondering why this looks more like packaging for a Final Fantasy game than a cover for a new CD release, that’s because the artwork is from Square Enix character artist Akihiko Yoshida. You’ll recognize his work from the main Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy Tactics, and many other games from the RPG house.

When I first saw this CD art, I thought I was looking at the soundtrack for The Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden! Speaking of FFG, why hasn’t Square Enix announced this game for the states yet?
