Killaware has declared bankruptcy, according to a report from Inside-Games. The company, founded by two ex-Atlus employees (as this excellent Gamasutra interview mentions) is known for its DS adventure game Lux-Pain, as well as Another Time Another Leaf. The developer’s website is no longer active.
Lux-Pain was released in North America in 2009 by Ignition, who marked the occasion by giving me worms. It got some pretty mixed reviews, but had an interesting concept at least: invisible worms that you had to find in the world and scrub away with the stylus, so they couldn’t control people.
