Amazon seems to think so! In its product page for the game — which is by no means a 100% confirmation — the online retailer offers the above boxart and lists Retro Game Challenge as coming January 6, 2009.

If you’re unfamiliar with this wonderful title or the GameCenter CX television show that it’s based on, I posted a media filled piece on the game and its advertisements a while back.

Interestingly, according to Amazon’s product description, XSEED hasn’t changed show host Arino’s very Japanese name for its localization; the blurb even alludes to the TV series. Hopefully, most of the game’s quirkiness and “charm” will be left intact as well!
