Nintendo and Japanese blog site Hatena have just unveiled Ugoku Memo Hatena, a site that allows users of the upcoming free Ugoku Memo-chou (Moving Memo Pad) software to upload and share their pictures and animations. The resulting animations have a look that’s part Flash, part Game Boy Camera, and, I don’t know, part Rhythm Tengoku?
The DSiWare flipbook program doesn’t come out until the 24th, so all the (totally wonderful) animations currently available on the site are from Nintendo and Hatena staffers. Here are some favorites of ours.
Is doodle-blogging going to be the DSi’s killer app? I know I suddenly really want a DSi now.
