First stage of Arvoesine, an NES-style platformer starring a Roman soldier as he battles vikings, scorpions, and, um, Squirtles? Developer Alastair John Jack released this Windows PC game for $5 yesterday. If you’d like to try it out but don’t have any cash to spare, there’s a free demo for one of Arvoesine’s five levels (the one shown above). Or you could just watch this full playthrough of the game.
