I’ve never been a big fan of those XaviX single-game plug-and-play units, mostly because they’re garbage. But, then, none of those have ever been based on Sasuke before.

Extreme Muscle Stadium! Sasuke Complete Conquest, developed by The World Ends With You’s Jupiter for some reason, uses a motion-sensing bar thing and a little mat to simulate Sasuke events like the Spider Walk, the Spinning Log, and the Final Rope.
