Tiny Contest: Tickets to NYC’s Pulsewave, Nonfinite gift certificates, and more!
Are you in or near NYC — or will you be on July 31? If so, why not check out this month’s Pulsewave show, featuring chip artists like Sadnes, Nonfinite, and Battle Lava, with NO CARRIER visuals, for free?
The event’s organizers are celebrating the 21st birthday of the Game Boy with this special show, and we’re celebrating their celebration with a giveaway! We have free tickets to paradise Pulsewave and other prizes for the commenters with the best Game Boy anecdotes from the last 21 years. Just tell us your favorite Game Boy memory — or on Twitter with the hashtag #DMG21 — to enter!

The full rundown:
- Grand Prize (1): Ticket for two to Pulsewave, Pulsewave poster (image above), $25 Nonelectronics gift card for rad Game Boy mods, and maybe a secret bonus item!
- Runner Up (2): Ticket for one to Pulsewave, Pulsewave poster, $10 Nonelectronics gift card
- Sad people (2): The Tiny Cartridge staff, neither of whom live anywhere near New York
The winners will be chosen from the comments of this post and from Twitter. We always encourage people to leave real, meaningful comments in our contests, but it’s extra important this time, since these are being judged. In other words, not just any comment will qualify — you have to actually tell us a story. You have until Wednesday, July 28, at 11:59 PM EDT.
