“My Skateboard Will Go On” by Anamanaguchi, not to be confused with Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” from the Titanic soundtrack. That song was everywhere in 1998 — you might’ve even liked it back then, don’t lie — but there’s no denying it now that it was poo-butt.

The chip-rock group explains the track’s concept:  “My Skateboard Will Go On is abt saying ‘eff it’ and sk8ing by yourself on the bike path. EFF IT.” Ha! I wonder what Celine Dion has to say about that. Or Leonardo DiCaprio. Probably not much, if they know what’s good for them! ::shakes fist::

You can download Anamanaguchi’s new single for free right chea. It comes with a tight remix of Das Racist’s rap track “Rainbow in the Dark”. I would seek out more tunes from these guys, but I just remembered that I still need to still grab El-P’s new release!
