Crocheted Beemo with interchangeable game screens by Hookrat. I love those insertable cards — there’s one for Conversation Parade (my favorite!), the Abraham Lincoln fighting game, and the Space Invaders-style shooter.
Hookrat hasn’t completed this project, hence the missing buttons and limbs, but I can already tell this is something I need in my life. Beemo is like the perfect handheld; I hear it doesn’t even have region-locking or a friend codes.
Speaking of Adventure Time, I saw the best link ever yesterday: Rhombus TV, a streamlined site hosting every episode from the show’s two seasons! It’s totally not sanctioned by Cartoon Network, and it doesn’t work for everyone (JC wasn’t able to load it), but if the site stays up and loads in your browser, you’re in for a treat!

Servbot hat by ShadowsInTheNyte. No longer is Another Castle Crochet alone in the crocheted Mega Man hat market.
Maybe it’s a little creepy wearing a face on top of your face, but Servbots are basically the best Mega Man characters ever. Besides, any judgments I would make about these things are purely academic, since I’d be too afraid of drawing attention to myself if I actually wore one. Plus I live in a climate where you need a hat maybe two days out of the year.

Clarinda Dotson is selling the handmade case on her Etsy shop for $18. She’s willing to make custom versions themed after Luigi, Wario, Waluigi or any other colors you have in mind for whichever Nintendo DS model you have.
In other adorable accessory news, check out this Mameshiba fleece bag made to hold a DS and other items:
