Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity 4Koma
If these are your first 4komas, remember to read these from right to left! I wish more people would translated these game-themed 4komas, as they’re always great to share here. This particular pair originally appeared at Pokesho (I found them translated at The Mystery Dungeoner).

Solatorobo 4koma comic strip, translated by 4dawgz and Nameless Translator. These were posted, in Japanese, on CyberConnect2’s website. They’re awfully cute, but reading them in English reveals that they aren’t exactly… funny.
Still, they’re worth reading for a) the aforementioned cuteness and b) the way they add some richness to the world of Solatorobo. And by “add richness” I mean “show you what the toilets look like.”
