Alterna-porn site Suicide Girls has a new members-only gallery featuring the Nintendo DSi and its Photo software — most of the photos are tasteful nudes that advertise the system and its cameras quite well, but there are a few “geeky” shots thrown in with a Star Wars poster, the model’s 1UP tattoo, and a Pokemon Platinum cartridge.

I’m surprised I haven’t heard more about DSi porn — other than vulgar PictoChat and Flipnote sketches — considering the handheld’s cameras. Game Boy Camera galleries (NSFW), however, are rife with naughty pics despite the accessory’s limited color palette.

Nintendo will finally bring Flipnote Studio, its free animation app for DSi, to the West, starting with Europe this Friday, and presumably to the States soon afterwards. I expect that with its debut outside of Japan, the amount of Flipnote artists drawing dicks, butts, and naturally dick-butts will increase substantially.

So, how will Nintendo make sure that your vulgar masterpieces never reach children’s DSis? It starts with the submission process — your clips are first posted onto Ugomemo Hatena, the YouTube-like site for Flipnote animations. If a Hatena user decides your Splash Woman hentai is inappropriate, they can mark it so that it won’t display on DSis for a limited period of time.

Even if only one person reports your animation, the clip will not appear to users browsing submitted works on their DSis. The Hatena Support Center will then review the animation to see if it should be marked as appropriate or deleted from the site. I’m not sure how the team plans to deal with users abusing this self-policing system.

Tattletales who report content that Hatena agrees is inappropriate will receive three green stars as a reward. It’s unclear what these stars are for, though! There are also stars for rating clips, but they’re orange.

So, don’t expect to see the rest of Yaranaika’s explicit man-sex scenes from this Flipnote adaptation:

I hate to reward a company for using photos of half-clothed women to sell its mediocre products, but this photo is hilarious. Why was Mario Kart DS’s boxart photoshopped onto the system’s touchscreen? Why is there an iPod stuffed into the model’s bra?

Programmer Cid2Mizard submitted this homebrew application, SutraDS, to NeoFlash’s annual Spring Coding Competition. Note that I added the blur/censor to the screenshots above, and that the link will take you to much more graphic and unarousing images.

SutraDS features summaries and ratings for 37 different sexual positions, 25 of which are presented with animations, likely using ghoulish 3D poser models. It also includes an innovative dick-based navigation system.

And because English is not the developer’s native language, the program shares wonderful descriptions such as “the woman is installed in four legs” and “the vaginal walls tighter promote more intense sensations.”

Despite all my wisecracking, I think it’s great that someone is releasing apps like this, even if the common perception is that typical homebrew DS program users aren’t exactly congruent with the sort of people who would get some use out of SutraDS’s lessons.

“PIXXXEL” series from photgrapher Jean-Yves Lemoigne, featured in the latest issue of French lifestyle/interactive entertainment magazine Amusement.

I’ve wanted to pick up a copy of Amusement for some time now, but it’s hard to justify spending €17 ($22) for an issue that I can’t even read. And with the economy the way it is, there’s no way I can afford €99 ($129) for a year’s worth of the magazine. That’s crazy money.

Apparently, Amusement will be distributed in the US and UK in English starting this year, likely with a much cheaper price, so that’s something to look forward to!
