New Persona Q trailers, artbook preview ⊟
We have two new trailers for Persona Q, as well as eight pages from the 32-page artbook that comes with the game’s premium edition. I would’ve featured those pages in this image post instead of this GIF from the trailers, but I can’t good in good conscience after seeing the Hobo typeface all over the artbook.

Devil Survivor 2: Break Record out in Japan this January ⊟
Yeah, a trailer for a port of a game that already came out may not seem like a big deal, but… I like this trailer!
The game comes out January 29 in Japan. As for North America and Europe, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Etrian Odyssey Untold II boxart ⊟
When the 3DS remake releases in Japan on November 27, first-run copies will include a soundtrack CD and a booklet with illustrations from character designer Yuji Hinata. We haven’t heard any release plans for Etrian Odyssey Untold II: Knight of Fafnir in the U.S. yet, likely due to Atlus wanting to keep our attention on Persona Q's upcoming launch.
Special visual materials: Persona Q art book ⊟
Atlus and Famitsu have put out a “cool, sharp, superior, and ultimate guide book” in Japan with some 250 pages of concept art, sketches, illustrations, staff interviews, storyboards, and more, according to DualShockers. Published overseas today by Kadokawa / Enterbrain, the book retails for ¥2,052 / $19.
It’s not for sale at any import sites yet as far as I can tell, but Amazon has a huge variety of Persona Q straps, stickers, mini towels, and decals if you’re into that stuff. Of course, the retailer also has copies of the game, along with its limited edition set.

Persona 3 and 4 heroes show off for Q ⊟
You might remember Atlus putting out a million of these trailers for the 3DS RPG in Japan months ago. With Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth's U.S. release coming up (November 25), get ready to see them all over again, now with English text and voice acting!
I’ve embedded the two videos Atlus released today for Persona 3 and 4’s protagonists after the break:
"Anime," Atlus sales on PSN ⊟
Personas! A couple of sales going on PSN this week give you a chance to save on Japanese games. The “Anime Sale" has deals like BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend for $3.75 (w/Plus) and Ys I&II Chronicles for $7.49.
There’s also an Atlus sale, because of course there’s an Atlus sale, but it’s a good one! Lots of Sting games, Personas, and Banchos for $5 each!
Let’s listen to the Etrian Odyssey 2 remake’s music ⊟
With the launch of New Etrian Odyssey 2: Knight of Fafnir's official Japanese website, Atlus has put out two soundtrack samples from the 3DS game. The series’ music has always been a highlight, what with legendary composer Yuzo Koshiro (Streets of Rage, Ys) on deck.
I believe one of the samples, what you hear above, is an orchestral remix from the original DS game — if this is anything like Etrian Odyssey Untold, Knights of Fafnir will feature a Classic Mode with the FM synth music many love from the series. You can also hear the soundtrack sample for the battle music here.
There’s no word yet on a Western release, but I don’t think anyone is expecting this to stay in Japan.
Etrian Odyssey 2 remake announced ⊟
As with Etrian Odyssey Untold: Millennium Girl, Atlus is remaking the second DS game from its first-person RPG series, subtitling this sequel Knight of Fafnir, according to Gematsu. It will release in Japan this Winter.
The 3DS remake will feature animation from Madhouse (Summer Wars, Etrian Odyssey Untold), a story campaign with premade characters, and a new feature that allows the protagonist to transform into a darker version of himself during battles, presumably with special abilities.
Persona Q coming on November 25 ⊟
Atlus has a North American release date for Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth launch, and it’s… too far away. 3DS owners are going to have a lot of new toys to play with at the end of the year.
The November date gives you time to save up for the premium-priced $49.99 game (includes 11 tarot cards), the $79.99 limited edition bundle (includes 11 tarot cards, art boooklet, soundtrack CD, 3DS XL hard case, and a special box), and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax for PS3/Xbox 360 (includes inflatable Teddie bop bag and the rest of the tarot cards to complete your collection).

This is not broccoli; it’s probably an Etrian Odyssey teaser ⊟
Atlus posted this tweet and teaser site (titled “This is not broccoli”) for a new game, with a big tree that you scale by clicking an up arrow button. As you scale the tree, the letters 2, D, and X pop out.
Seems reasonable to believe that this is a teaser for a new Etrian Odyssey, as those deal with the world tree Yggdrasil. My guess is that it’s an “Untold” remake of Etrian Odyssey 2 – a “DX” version, so to speak.
We’ll find out, uh, “soon,” by which I mean when the Famitsu article shows up online two days before the game is officially revealed.
Dragon’s Crown for $20 ⊟
The Vita version of Dragon’s Crown is on sale at Amazon for $19.99. I loved Dragon’s Crown when it came out, and frequent tweaks, patches and updates have only made it better since then! There’s an endless tower thing now! Via @wario64.

Shin Megami Tensei IV heads to Europe in Q3 ⊟
Atlus finally completed all the proper demon negotiations required to bring Shin Megami Tensei IV to Europe. It’ll be released on eShop only (in English, which probably won’t be an issue for Tiny readers) sometime in the third quarter of this year.
Meanwhile… sorry Europe, but the game is on sale on the North American eShop for $25. That sale’s active through June 30. Image via Ounomachi.
