Nintendo 3DS development hardware, including the Partner-CTR Debugger, silver/black 3DS with red accents, and CTR Flash Card 16Gbit — all essentials for creating your own 3DS games. I’m unsure which developer or publisher NWR got permission from to take these photos, but it probably wasn’t D3 Publisher!
Planet 3DS posted rumored prices for this Kyoto Microcomputer-created equipment last month:

IS Nitro Emulator, a DS development kit. These things are usually very expensive and only available directly from Nintendo, but this one is being sold on eBay for a starting bid of just $12.50!
If only this had been available when Robert Pelloni was trying to get Bob’s Game on DS… Or was “trying to get the game on DS” part of the fictional metagame? I don’t remember, and I was pretty confused even when it was fresh.

This neat but expensive device from Nintendo’s Intelligent Systems team is used for capturing screenshots/videos from GBA and DS games, and also for outputting video to televisions — DS videos are displayed on either two TVs or on a single TV rotated on its side.
I’ve seen these lurking in the background of photos at expos and developer offices, but this is the first in-depth look and semi-taking-apart of the tool I’ve come across. They’re quite expensive, costing studios around $3,000 to purchase (some game review outlets also have them), but you might be able to pick one up second-hand for half the price. Apparently this guy hacked together a similar capture device with parts that only cost him about $170.
Intelligent Systems has also produced IS-TWL-CAPTURE, a newer model of this box for DSi handhelds, so this unit is obsolete. Presumably, it’s already created an IS-CTR-CAPTURE version for the upcoming 3DS, too.

Developers taking their game up and down the streets of Stockholm. It’s odd to see a Nintendo DS development kit carried around with the portable system! (I think that’s what the red box is, though I’ve always seen the devkits with a blue casing. Maybe this is new for the DSi?)
The three guys in this shot are from A Different Game, the Swedish studio behind the DSi’s upcoming augmented reality ghost game Ghostwire: Link to the Paranormal. They were featured in the latest issue of Metro Teknik, where the team shared these two screenshots:

It doesn’t look too different from what was shown in the trailer released five months ago, but it seems the studio is busy fleshing out other portions of the DSi-exclusive game, coming up with compelling ghosts like the Angelmakers.
