I have a casual interest in learning Harvest Moon, as I mentioned before, but not a lot of time for a longterm game like that. However, my interest briefly becomes less casual when I see the preorder plushes Natsume produces for these games, like this one for the 3DS’s A New Beginning. It’s announced only for Gamestop so far, but Natsume promises other ways to get it.

Harvest Moon, River King for GBC coming to 3DS Virtual Console»

Harvest Moon and Legend of the River King for Game Boy Color will be released on 3DS Virtual Console, Natsume told Siliconera, allowing me the opportunity to become better versed in two series with which I have embarrassingly little experience. That’s what’s great about the Virtual Console!

At least, until someone comes in here and tells me that Harvest Moon GBC isn’t great, which I’d believe as it’s a TOSE game. I don’t actually know how it is!
