As it did for the release of Mega Man 9, Japanese gaming site Inside-Games has updated with a full Mega Man 10 makeover. Not only do you get to stare at those adorable Mega Man faces next to every icon, there’s also a pop-up music player at the top of the page, and more pithy little slogans to read upon every refresh! Examples include “It’s timing! Timing!”, “Mega Man 10 in 2010!”, and “I’ll meet you all on three different platforms!”

I’d like these full-site advertising makeovers a lot more if they all had this much care put into them. And if they were all about Mega Man.

Inside Games, one of my favorite Japanese gaming news sites, has redecorated its index page with Mega Man elements! It’s likely a sponsored promotion from Capcom, but that won’t stop me from posting about it.

In addition to putting up animated and fixed banners, the site has replaced its console icons with Mega Man heads and added a widget for playing different songs from Mega Man 9, like the Title, Concrete Man, Magma Man, and Tornado Man themes.

The best new feature, however, is a tiny (!) Mega Man sprite that dispenses over a dozen adorable aphorisms, some of which we’ve translated for you to enjoy:

Update: The news pages also have a neat animation of Mega Man and Dr. Wily being drawn pixel by pixel!
