Tron Bonne and Gustaff figures, by Jin Saotome, who uses GI Joe parts to make unique interpretations of Mega Man characters. This one seems the closest to the source material yet — certainly more recognizable as Tron Bonne than this was as Protoman. The semi-realistic face is still jarring enough for me.

The “Mega Man Urban Vinyl Collection” by Jazwares. Sure, it might be an imitation of the vinyl “art toy” thing that I don’t really understand, but the result is these adorable figures, which probably won’t be like $80 each.
Much less mass-produced, and on the opposite end of the abstract-to-realistic spectrum, more overly detail-rich GI Joe-style Mega Man figures by Jin Saotome. Check out that Guts Man! Check out that Guts Man.
