This Mugen Peri Peri keychain isn’t strictly game-related, but it’s handheld and entertaining, and close enough for me. Besides, its predecessor, the Mugen Puchi Puchi bubble wrap keychain, was made into a WiiWare game, so it’s distantly related to a video game.

This is a keychain that simulates the tear strip on a shipping envelope. Apparently those are fun to open? Like the Mugen Puchi Puchi, it features realistic sound effects (apparently “peri peri” is an onomatopoetic representation of the noise one of these strips makes as it opens) as well as some other fun sounds activated at regular intervals — like meows and roulette wheel noises.

Bubble wrap seems universal, but I didn’t realize perforated tear strips were an enjoyable thing. I guess they kind of are! You can preorder one at Strapya for shipment in late November.
