Knitted E-Tank drink cozy. Last month, Auntie said, in response to my irrational appreciation of the Capcom E-Tank beverages:

“it’s just a blue can with a letter E on it. i could make you one of those myself with construction paper, scotch tape and a can. i can even put a beverage that actually tastes good in it.”

Unity member Ginrei made some out of yarn, proving that there are actually a lot of ways to get a blue can with a letter E on it. In fact, these knitted versions act as two, because Capcom is sending Ginrei one of the “official” cans!

For everlasting coziness!

This knit Mega Man helmet dates from the long-forgotten era of December 2007, which means it was probably made by someone who was, if not a dinosaur herself, certainly accustomed to riding a dinosaur to and from the craft store — but I’ve never seen it, and it’s certainly timely these days.

I could never wear this out, because I’d be afraid someone would talk to me, and I can’t have that. But I really like it. It’s totally faithful to the real Blue Bomber’s hat; it’s just floppier.
