Grand Scribblenauts artwork (click for larger image).
Edison Yan, the same 5th Cell artist behind the “Post #217” scene, painted this wonderful piece. I wonder if we’ll ever see a poster or print of this (preferably unmarked with developer/publisher/game logos)?
I love these details:
- The hero from Lock’s Quest in an airship
- Chef atop a panda and carrying a spatula
- Surfing ninjg
- Werewolf on the back of a flying superhero
- Young girl in green waving around a leek and riding a fez-wearing elephant
- T-Rex on a god damn motorcycle
[Update: Someone found a giant version of the artwork — a 4642 x 6000 PSD. You can print your own poster with that! You can download the zip file here.]
Preorder: Scribblenauts ($27.99)

I think Lock’s Quest might be coming out soon.
Apparently, today is “reskin your site with game promo stuff” day! The admittedly great cover art for the seemingly great Lock’s Quest (by Drawn to Life developer 5th Cell) festoons IGN’s DS site, suggesting that Lock’s Quest is at least as enjoyable in IGN’s estimation as a McGriddle.
