One of my all-time favorite internet people Maré Odomo put out a follow-up to his Internet Comics mini-book. He pitches the 12-page release as “kind of mean and sad comics about being burnt out” — maybe some insight on his months-long (I think it was months long? It felt like months) Twitter disappearance? Regardless, Maré is the best. I want to own everything Maré.

Shout outs to Pokémon trainers who have pink hair, or who are people of color, or who like to stand around looking cool while modeling the letters from the next Pokémon game.
Love these trainers, this concept, and the art show/party Maré created this for: Fangamer X Attract Mode, which opens in Seattle next week during PAX. Along with a buttload of pieces from a dream team of artists, the show will have games, music, and drinks.
Basically, if you are in the area and you don’t go, you are dumb. I’m sorry if that’s mean, but I’m bummed that I won’t be anywhere near Seattle next week.

Cool people — or as I like to call you, Tiny Cartridge followers — these are both releases you should be interested in:

If you have your own zine or something else awesome in the works, let us know and we’ll promote it on our Upcoming Releases page (if it’s awesome/relevant).

Why you should back LA Game Space’s Kickstarter, explained by Maré Odomo’s wonderful animated comic.
Look at Tiny’s huge muscles! We totally didn’t know he’d pop up in this comic — he just showed up on our dashboard, pumping iron and showing off his guns!
And Pushmo's Malo partnering with Katamari Damacy's Prince? Dreams come true in Maré's comics.

"Simple" by Maré Odomo, available as an 8x8-inch print from the fine folks at Nope Clothing. I’m well aware that we post an inordinate amount of Maré art here, but I don’t care — if I could, I’d publish a piece from him every day.
"This is a comic about being a kid, and about how we treat Pokémon/animals. It’s about making fan art," he explains. Read his full post on the piece here please.

Mare Odomo has printed a new run for his endearing Letters to an Absent Father series, and has given the comic collection a new cover, which you can see above. It’s only $5 for the booklet, and another $5 if you want a custom drawing with it. Might as well get the $5 cartridge stickers with the Letters to an Absent Father label, too!
Some exciting news the Pokemon comic master revealed while announcing the reprint: he’s scripted a few more strips and says he’ll maybe make more comics. Mare also promises to put out an 8x8 print and comic soon.
An early draft for Kissing Party, one of four designs from our Tiny Cartridge x Mare Odomo sticker pack. If you don’t get one of these to stick on a DS or 3DS cartridge, you’ll have to settle for playing Kissing Party with your dog. Or pillow. Or a hand with lipstick on it.
Happy Valentine’s Day! We hope you a romantic time with your spouse/Love Plus girlfriend/hand with lipstick.
