New Super Mario Bros. U Wii U GamePad skins

It didn’t take long for Wii U GamePad skins to show up. Play-Asia already has a selection of different designs from Hori, if you want to put Marios and whatnot all over your GamePad.

And, for a subtler look, there are some screen covers by Tenyo that come with lil’ Mario stickers:

Thanks for the protip, Nikki!

I hope Miiverse is home to more hilarity like this, and I wish the same for the unofficial Miiverse Tumblr where I found these images. I’m kicking myself over not being the one to start this site.

I know we’re all supposed to hate on it, but New Super Mario Bros. U looks amazebutts, y’all. Butts are amazed.

I wish I could just post a photoset of these GIFs from the video to make sure you see how ridic this game is, but they’re all like 5MB each, so that’s not going to happen.

And the biggest megaton? New music! \(^O^)/

Great New Super Mario Bros. U playthrough of all three E3 demo stages. I’m sure some will complain about the assist blocks and enemy neutralizing from the GamePad holder, and consider it playing the game in easy mode.

But I think it will be nice to be able to play some co-op New Super Mario Bros. without eventually yelling at your partner over them killing you accidentally (or maybe on purpose!), and thanking them for saving you instead.
