Nubuwo Winter Bundle offers Fami-mode music for Fami-mode DVD
This is truly exciting stuff for chiptune/game music fans! The Nubuwo Winter Bundle is a Kickstarter drive offering several different chiptune album packs for backers. Most relevant for TC readers is the Fami Pack, with Doctor Octoroc’s fantastic 8-Bit Jesus (a holiday staple!), Mega Ran Fifth Anniversary Edition, Killed by Koopa Stage One, and … Fami-Mode 2012 Live Recordings!
That last one features live performances by Prof. Sakamoto, Sexy-Synthesizer, Omodaka, and Kplecraft, recorded at the Fami-Mode concert put on last year by Meteor.
In addition to raising money for the artists who contributed music to the bundle, the Kickstarter is raising funds for a DVD of Fami-Mode 2012 performances, filmed by Jeriaska and overseen by Meteor. I fully intend to make it to Fami-Mode one year, but in the meantime I need this DVD to happen.
