Persona 3 and 4 heroes show off for Q ⊟

You might remember Atlus putting out a million of these trailers for the 3DS RPG in Japan months ago. With Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth's U.S. release coming up (November 25), get ready to see them all over again, now with English text and voice acting!

I’ve embedded the two videos Atlus released today for Persona 3 and 4’s protagonists after the break:

The one we care most about, though, is Persona Q, the Etrian Odyssey-esque dungeon crawler starring characters from Persona 3 and 4. English trailer and description after the break:

Persona Q's 3DS XL, subbed trailers ⊟
We don’t have a photo of it yet, but we now know that Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth will have a special edition 3DS XL system and bundle when it hits Japan on June 5. All first-run copies of the game will also include a Persona Q: Sound of the Labyrinth arrange album from the Atlus Sound Team.
Atlus released two full-length (instead of the usual character-focused) trailers for the game today, which we have subtitled for you thanks to Pepsiman. First up, here’s the trailer for the Persona 4 group:

And one for the Persona 3 crew:

Famitsu also shared a few gameplay details (translated by Gematsu), including how characters will be able to summon multiple personas:

"In Persona Q, characters can have multiple personas. In the past, only the main character could have more than one, but this time your other party members can have “sub-Personas.” Use sub-Personas to complement the skills that each characters’ main Persona doesn’t know.
There are 20 characters and you can use five people in a party. You can set your team in front and back rows during battle. Of course, making a team that complements each other is good, but certain character combinations will have special dialogue occurrences.”

We’ll let you know when/if any of this is announced for the West. :o)

We have two new character trailers for Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, the 3DS’s upcoming Etrian Odyssey-esque spin-off for the cult RPG series. Above we have Persona 4's Yosuke Hanamura — it's mostly in-game convos, but you can preview his Japanese voice acting and some combat at the end.

There’s also a character video for Persona 3’s Mitsuru Kirijo. And in the land of text, Jeremy Parish has a good piece today about why “Persona Q feels right.”

TinyCast 15! Just in time for those of you who will need something to listen to during the Thanksgiving break. We present a thorough critique on charming PS Vita adventure Tearaway here, but before that, we lecture you about Persona Q, clear up some misunderstandings about Conception II, and try to figure out what’s going on with Persona 4: Dancing All Night.

And since people had trouble downloading the last episode due to a glitch on our end, I’ve re-uploaded "TinyCast 014 - Red String of Destiny" — you can also grab that MP3 here. Sorry for the inconvenience! Please understand.

Nintendo makes it easier to post your Animal Crossing: New Leaf photos on Tumblr, Twitter
Nintendo has created a new site that will let you post in-game screenshots taken in Animal Crossing: New Leaf (and in Tomadachi Collection: New Life) directly from your 3DS to Tumblr or Twitter.
All you need to do is load up i.nintendo.net in your 3DS’s built-in browser, login to the appropriate service, pick your photo, add a message, and post. Yeah, it’s not as convenient as an in-game tool, but it’s another sign that Nintendo is embracing Tumblr.
