Originally designed as the cover art for her upcoming book Rise of the Videogame Zinesters, this artwork features 204 different pixel portraits, all drawn by Anthropy, who is apparently a finely tuned pixel art machine.
You can closely inspect the artwork yourself, marveling at all the different styles she used for the portraits, by purchasing the 12.25” by 17.25” print for $25 (or $30 outside of the US).

I’m not sure what this says about me, but when I see Tom Waits all done in pixel art, I don’t think, “wow, that’s neat.” Instead, I think, “man, I would give JC’s left arm to play as Tom Waits in a game!” Primary objective: smoke a lot.
