Kingdom Hearts 3D “Dreameater WonderNyan” plush, available this spring from Square Enix’s online shop. Last time I checked in with the Kingdom Hearts series, it was all Nomuroid spikyhairs and Nomurically-dressed Disney companions, fighting endless, identical crowds of featureless enemies.
If this is the kind of thing that’s happening in Kingdom Hearts right now, I’m considering revisiting it!

If you’re way, way jealous of the people who picked up adorable, huggable Chibiterasu dolls and pillows at PAX East, now you can resolve that jealousy with a simple act of commerce. Capcom is selling limited quantities (about 100) of the plush doll and the pillow on its online store.
If you don’t get one of these, Capcom says SOTA Toys is working on another production run, which is available for pre-order from their site now. Jonathan Bilski from Things To Do In LA, however, warns that the SOTA version might be noticeably less cute.

It’s a real Bubble Bat! You know, from Mega Man 2! Okay, maybe it’s not “real” in the sense that it’s going to drop down on you from the ceiling in Wood Man’s stage, but it’s a pretty convincing plush by Etsy user RabbitHollow, available for $50.
If you’d like something a bit more mass-produced, Protodude reports that Entertainment Earth is taking preorders on the American releases of the Kotobukiya Mega Man, Roll, and Protoman figures.

Hula Pikachu plush. This doll was originally only available at the Pokemon World Championships in Hawaii, and is now being sold at Pokemon Centers in Japan.
The reason I point this plush out, beyond the fact that it’s cute, is that it’s wearing a grass skirt. Pikachu wearing some kind of clothes now means that Pikachu is naked the rest of the time. It’s like when you realize that Donald Duck wears a shirt everywhere but not pants. Enjoy that thought!

Dragon Quest Slime Tower plushes. NCSX is selling both the small and large versions of this super-cute Dragon Quest enemy, for $15.90 and $38.90 respectively.
Either one of these will increase your Slime-hugging efficiency threefold.

Professor Layton plush toys, shipping in December from NCSX, for (from biggest to smallest) $25.90, $18.90, $13.90, $10.90, and $10.90. These were the toys whose unavailability at TGS I lamented.
I’d love to have a plush Professor to have thematically-appropriate tea parties with, but $25.90? You could get one of the games for that much.
