Hella Dragon Quest IX stuff. In order (assuming the photoset goes in the order I uploaded it): DSi case, folders, puzzle, cell phone straps, and pencil set. I would very much enjoy one of those pencil sets.
This is as good a time as any to introduce Rakuten’s English site. The retailer recently started auto-translating its whole site into English and even offering international shipping. The shipping is a bit steep, but since stuff doesn’t have the premium added to the price that importers often do, it’s a viable resource for buying Japanese stuff. Even if they’ve been doing international shipping forever (I have no idea) the interface is way easier than it was.
Also, all this DQIX excitement (most recently, Jeremy Parish’s writeup of the multiplayer) is really raising my fake interest level in Dragon Quest again. Much like I feel when every DQ comes out, I totally have the urge to go buy this and play it for an hour before I realize that I still can’t really do RPGs.

For an even daintier look, there are also DSi cases with pink icing, teddy bears, rabbits, hearts, ice cream, and other sweets priced at ¥4,200 ($45):
