The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary t-shirt by The King of Games, printed on either forest green or black, using “pearl/metallic grey” ink for the shield design and gold for the Triforce.
According to the t-shirt company, this design will only be printed once, and will only be available for pre-order from December 24 through February 20, worldwide. There’s no price yet, but it’ll likely be around ¥5,000 ($64).
The KOG site also offers this cool factoid about the Famicom-style shipping boxes they use: “KOG customers know that every shirt or parka comes packaged in a cool box, but did you know that the boxes are printed at the actual factory used to print Famicom boxes in the 80’s and 90’s?”

I’ve been meaning to post pictures of this shirt for a while, because I think it’s super clever! It’s both pleasant to look at, and a cool reference to the vintage Super Famicom box art. These in-progress shots are my convenient excuse.
The shirt is part of Game Paused’s relaunched stores. It sells for £24, or about $38 in money I understand, and the store ships worldwide.

I’d love to meet the person brave enough to rock that Slime shirt! I know the person brave enough to rock pretty much all the other ones (meeeee).
These shirts are being sold only through Giant Robot (update: for now, anyway.) MB’s Mike McWhertor said they’ll be on the Meat Bun site too, so you’ll be able to choose your web shop.

Inspired by the Star Fox games, this design is meant to be “a tribute to the lasers, polygons, and Nova Bombs that lit every kid’s imagination.” Each order you put in for the tee will come with a 1” Nova Bomb pin that “you may want to save … for just the right moment”.

If you’re feeling seasonal, you can pick up the Samba de los Muertos shirt above for $16.56. I’m pretty fond of the new, black/gray variant of the “4th Gen” shirt, myself. It’s the same price! So cheap!

These guys got pretty lucky that the Ambassador Program thing happened this month; how unlikely is it that Wrecking Crew would suddenly be relevant just as this t-shirt was coming out? It’s a miracle.

I also like the Calvin & Hobbes/Mortal Kombat crossover — Meat Bun seems to have a thing for combining games and comic strips. I’m really looking forward to the explanation of Giger-esque girls making out on a shirt labeled “The Year 20XX.”
These shirts will go up on the store ”in the next two weeks.”

tags / meat bun / jc / shirt / shirts / gamingNew Sonic shirts by Cospa. Sure, that Sonic Generations shirt looks like an especially expensive custom airbrush job from the mall, or like one of those polyester button-ups with an all-over Goku, but I kind of like it! Do I like it ¥6,300 ($82) worth? Heeeeeelll no.
The other shirt, with the clever text design, is much more stylish — and also cheaper at ¥3,045 ($40). Keep in mind if you get one of these, though, that everybody’s going to know you like Sonic.

“Dual Link” shirt by Fangamer. This tee is similar conceptually to the Zelda playing card designs done by Nelde, but features a Link/Dark Link design. There’s no information about when this will be available yet; this design was posted on Facebook by Forward Printing as a teaser, I guess.
I know this is an Ocarina-themed design, but I’m just going to pretend it’s based on the Dark Link from Zelda 2.
