This is one of three shirts being given away by Sega of Japan in a promotion for Sonic Chronicles, which comes out on August 6 over there.

The other shirts portray Sonic wisely entreating us to “Game on,” and pointing at something behind the person wearing the shirt — or perhaps pointing at the person wearing the shirt. “Can’t remember the name of the chameleon guy from Sonic the Fighters? Ask this guy.”
