Tatsunoko Vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars stop motion commercial. Wow! The kids who see this won’t know what the hell a Tatsunoko is, but watching MegaMan Volnutt, Ryu, a mecha thing, and some dude in a bird outfit will likely compel a few of them to check this out. Maybe more than a few dozen people will end up buying this!

Mega Man X’s Zero makes his Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars debut. There goes my dream of Capcom adding the Noid as a playable fighter.
The other new character Capcom revealed for the upcoming fighting game — and these are the final two fighters added to the game’s roster — comes from the Tatsunoko side, Joe the Condor from Science Ninja Team Gatchaman:

Dead Rising’s Frank West added to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars’ roster as a playable fighter.
It’s predictable addition, something that appeals to Westerners and recent Capcom converts, though I hoped the company would dig deeper into its vault for possible new characters. I was secretly wishing the developer would add the Noid, but I guess there are licensing issues. Also, some dude in a red rabbit outfit who makes your pizza turn cold probably won’t resonate with gamers today.
At least the supermove with the Servbot head is neat:

Exclusive look at the Tiny Cartridge offices.
Actually, this adorable photo is part of a small photo set Capcom Unity posted along with a Servbot match video from Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (see more here). These pictures of Servbots having a meeting, going over strategy, and presumably dreaming of curry rice and B lunch, are just fantastic.
Another Capcom Unity post, this time about Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, links to a gallery featuring mindblowing, super-high-res TvC artwork.
I Am 8-bit’s Tatsunoko VS Capcom E3 shirt (click the image for a larger version).
Capcom is giving away “very, very limited quantities” of this shirt during E3 to VIPs and Unity visitors. For some strange reason, the text alongside Ryu’s rising dragon fist reads as “Hadoken” instead of the more appropriate “Shoryuken”. The back of the shirt has a similar shilhouette for Tatunoko character Ken the Eagle from Gatchaman.

Rumor: Tatsunoko vs. Capcom coming to North America?
The scoop is that July’s Nintendo Power reveals Capcom’s plans to bring its lauded, Wii-exclusive (not counting arcades) crossover fighting game Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes to the States.
Even with these photographed pages, though, I’m unconvinced this rumor is true. Why would someone already have next month’s issue? Aren’t we still a few weeks away before Nintendo Power even starts printing the magazine, let along shipping it?

But if it is true, fuuuuucckkkkk yeah!

New Tatsunoko vs. Capcom wallpaper. Nothing mindblowing, but the two new wallpaper designs are pretty nice, and I like being reminded that this game exists.

Viewtiful Joe bug found in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. While it’s an indication that the game might not be as polished as a fighting game should be, I think it’s totally great and hilarious. Why haven’t I bought this yet?
YouTube user ndsfans2006 is a good source of awesome Tatsunoko vs. Capcom videos. This video of Yatterman and Doronjo vs. the final boss contains a lot of spoilers, including who the final boss is and Doronjo’s animated ending, but if you don’t care about being spoiled, you should totally check it out for the adorable credit sequence (the nature of which may also be a spoiler, I don’t know).

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom intro sequence. This might be the coolest Street Fighter intro I’ve seen. I love the stylized background effects and the theme song! The game is in stock at Play-Asia early — as in right now! As in, people got theirs already!
It would be a pretty big expense to grab this along with one of the EXARSTICKs. Significantly less if I got a Hori Fighting Stick Wii instead ($30 at Fry’s), but still pretty spendy. But wow.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom coasters, only available with orders of the game from Capcom Japan’s online shop. Despite the fact that it’s the same character art they’ve used for every piece of promotional material related to this game, and despite that I would never, ever put a drink on one of these, except maybe by accident, at which point I’d scream and go get a paper towel, I really want these.
I seem to be on a roll today in terms of posting Capcom art. At least, that’s a nicer way to think of it than “I seem to be doing a really bad job of varying the site’s content.” There’s more Capcom artwork stuff to post, too…

Yujin’s new Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom keychains are completely wonderful, with a look somewhere between Pocket Fighter and Powerpuff Girls. NCSX is taking preorders on full sets for $26.90, to ship in February.
They’ll at least be cheaper to import than the actual Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom game!
