A bundle of Harvest Moon plush toys ⊟

Too many for one hug! SOTA Toys is offering a bundle of five Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley toys. $90 gets you a chicken, an egg/chick, a cow, a dog in a red bandanna, and a panda. You’ve got to be like the Farm King to raise pandas.

You save $20 by buying them together versus separately, but if you just want one you can do that.

You can also get the dog for free by buying the game from Natsume, or you can upgrade to the Premium Edition and get an exclusive bunny. And GameStop has its own version of the dog.

I’m dead because of these Mega Man plushes ⊟

I saw the face on that Mega Man, and died. Man these things are cute. The small (6.7”) Mega Man, Rush, and Proto Man are available from J-List for $22 each;  the medium (9.8”) Mega Man is $35.

You can also get a new version of the coveted (by me in like 2009?) E-Tank energy drink!

Captain Toad plushes ⊟

Definitely the most huggable person I’ve seen wielding a pickaxe. Amiami will ship two different Captain Toad plush dolls (sitting, and standing w/turnip and pickaxe) in December.

Yes, one of them is sitting and the other one is standing. It’s kind of hard to tell the difference without legs. Via @farmboyinjapan.

Harvest Moon’s collector’s edition bunny ⊟
Natsume is making all the right moves with Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley: the Minecrafty land customization, the $30 price point (for the standard edition), and this bunny.
It’s included with the Collector’s Edition of the game — other details of which have yet to be announced. But, like, what else do you need to know? Unless it’s outrageously overpriced beyond the standard edition, game + awesome bunny seems like a winner.

Another Gravity Rush figurine ⊟

Man, that game was so cool. And so is this figurine of Kat, by President Japan (!) It’s on J-List and Amiami, that I’ve seen so far, shipping in November. The colors are wayyyy less muted than the last figure.

The pose would be really awkward if it were meant to be standing; but Kat is almost always in some state of floating, which I didn’t actually put together as the reason for this pose for a good few seconds.

Amiibos! Come get’em

Wow, these look a lot more detailed than I expected! Nintendo’s first line of interactive figures will feature 12 characters, each selling for $12.99 this holiday season. Wii U games like Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad, Mario Party 10, and Yoshi’s Wooly World will support the figures, as will other upcoming titles — the 3DS will eventually connect with them too using an NFC accessory or the new 3DS’s built-in support.

You can preorder all of the figures right now on Amazon. We’ve also got more photos after the break. I like how the colored lines in the Amiibo logo are the same as the ones on the *new* 3DS logo.

Pre-order that amazing Solid Snake Nendoroid ⊟

"He is the first ever Nendoroid designed to be posed in a prone position, allowing you to display him sneaking around just like in the game!" Come on. You have to give props to Good Smile Company for that. Also suggested: giving them some money (MSRP ¥4500/$45) so you can have one of these.

GSC is accepting pre-orders on its own, but you can also get it from Amiami, J-List, and wherever else you like to buy Japanese toys. It ships in November.

Lucina, Snake, Mario figures from Wonder Festival ⊟

New toy announcements and pics from Wonder Festival 2014 Summer include Figma Lucina, Nendoroid Solid Snake, and a Nendoroid of that guy in the red shirt who always seems to be hanging out with Luigi.

That alternate head for Solid Snake is fucking my shit all the way up. I cannot handle this. All these via @zerochan!

Etrian Odyssey IV Imperial figure ⊟

By Kotobukiya, shipping in November for 5184 yen ($50ish). This is really nice and detailed, and makes me realize that the chibi-esque character art in the games has a lot more going on than I notice… Via Siliconera.

Mega Drive Megatron t-shirt ⊟

If you buy the Transformer/Sega console hybrid from the Sega Store (for, oh my, $106) you get this cool shirt that lets everybody know you have a Mega Drive Megatron (Via Miki800).

The Transformers films may have modern-day Mark Wahlberg, but Mega Drive Megatron is the only Transformer that can play Make My Video: Marky Mark & the Funky Bunch. I think we know who comes out ahead on that.

Shovel Knight shovel, helmet coming to Thinkgeek ⊟

According to this Toy Pizza video, which shows prototypes for both items starting at around 3:40. I wouldn’t mind having a big pixel shovel on my wall! And I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing Yacht Club Games enjoy even more success from that great game.

Shooting Game Historica returns with deluxe Terra Cresta ⊟
The Shooting Game Historica series is a really cool set of toys I’m jealous about not owning: a series of capsule-type toys of famous ships from shmups.
This new Historica series, however, is even cooler (and more expensive): a set of five ships from the game Terra Cresta that combine into the “Wing Galiber”.
NCSX has it for $78.90, and I want it even though I’m not 100% certain I’ve ever played Terra Cresta.
