A Nintendo 3DS XL with transparent casing. Sadly it’s just a demo system, brought out in the latest Japanese edition of Iwata Asks to show off the big handheld’s innards.

I can’t imagine Nintendo actually releasing a 3DS model like this — as it did with the clear Game Boy back in the day — but maybe DealExtreme will sell a transparent shell that you can slap on your system in a couple of years.
