The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D wallpapers. The 3DS remake of this game turns out to be a boon for people who want official artwork from this game in resolutions higher than would have been released in 1998.

Also it’s a cool game and stuff.

Mega Man Legends 3 Project Reaverbot wallpaper. I’m still using the last wallpaper! This is downloadable from the Japanese Devroom site, in honor of more than 10,000 people signing up with the site.

On the subject of MML3, be sure to vote on a suit design if Mega Man’s suit design is important to you! And check out some test screens of an early version.

Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective autographed card. Capcom is randomly sending these to ten people in Japan who sign up for a random drawing. This is timed with the release of the iPhone/iPod Touch version over there, but I assume Capcom is grateful to people who bought it on DS too…

This stuff is kind of out of date, but it’s cute anyway: Capcom also posted a Ghost Trick New Year card and several Christmas-themed wallpapers. Even though it’s not Christmas, I totally want to see Missile the dog’s face on my screen every day!

Zombie Daisuki wallpapers for smartphones. These are designed for iPhone 4, but would also look great on previous iPhones, Palm Pre, Android, or whatever. You have your choice of four adorable blue zombies over which to display your icons!

Now I need to make a ringtone of Smileage’s song from the commercial. That started out as a joke, but now I really want to do that. I haven’t changed my ringtone since I found the ringtone version of the Steel Samurai theme from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney!

Dragon Quest VI wallpapers. With the North American version finally on the way, I thought I would dig up some promo stuff from the Japanese release, including that totally wonderful monster wallpaper. Check out all those slimes!

While I’m on the subject of old versions of DQVI, Square Enix’s DQ DS trilogy website is still up, and shows the logo of the game back when Square was publishing it — back when it was “Realms of Reverie” and not “Realms of Revelation.”

Square planned to use the sword-shaped “T,” but, like it did for DQ9, Nintendo axed that… sword.

Okamiden calendar wallpaper. Man, look at those adorable baby seahorse dragon things! Like Capcom USA, Capcom Japan is releasing classy wallpaper images — however, instead of meting them out one at a time, you can just download all three from the official Japanese website! 

The Japanese image for March uses the same art as the American image for December, so… I don’t know what the deal is here, calendar-wise.

New Etrian Odyssey 3 wallpapers, featuring two different designs for the Prince/Princess and Phalanx class, in identical poses. There’s even further variation, apparently: the artwork on the character page changes color when you push the virtual Y button (or the real one on the DS).

I’m not entirely sure what the double character art is about. Maybe an Etrian fan will wander in and educate me! Is it in response to in-game actions, or simply a choice you make at the beginning of the game?
