Space Agency pitch trailer, take 2. After Eric posted this game pitch from Akira Ueda and Audio Inc., idly noting the awkward Engrish dialogue, something miraculous happened! Akira Ueda contacted us, apologizing for the machine-translated dialogue and asking if we could help. We provided some alternate choices for the in-game text. We didn’t touch the other stuff.
Does the new dialogue sound better? Is it more natural? We hope so! It’s a unique thrill to get to help out a cool developer like Audio Inc., and to sort of, almost help with the localization of a game – even if it is ten seconds of a game that doesn’t exist, localized from English to English.
