This is actually a rebranded Max MD, an AA battery-powered “digital arcade system” with a 2.7-inch color screen. As with the Sega Nomad, it plays Genesis games, but with proprietary carts. Essentially, it’s a bootleg portable that plays pirated games!
Apparently it also has a video-out for hooking the handheld up to your television. Here’s a video of the Max MD in use – it’s smaller than I expected!
